ADSL Investigation
Besides carrier issues, customer internal (Premises) cabling and incorrect filtering can degrade your ADSL service. This can cause slow response/poor data transfer, dropouts and even no SYNC.

Equipped with market leading tools such as the JDSU HST-3000 we are able to investigate your ADSL correctly. While onsite a JSDU test report can be provided to you to assist with reporting service difficulties to your internet provider.

If you have a back to base alarm system on your ADSL line, you need to have a Central Filter installed by a professional cabler. We attend a number of faults where a security system has been filtered using an 'inline filter' — this is not a suitable method for filtering ADSL.

If you have more than 4 telephone devices on the line, it is recommended you have a Central Filter installed.
