For 10 years I worked at Telstra in a wide range of functions such as Telephone line installation and fault finding, BigPond Professional ADSL installation and repair. I also worked in the Telstra IP support centre providing level 1 and 2 technical support for products such as Managed WAN, IPWAN and IPMAN.
